• We all at La Luce are very well aware of, that quality, fast and reliable transportation is important to our customers and therefore we rely on DPD, DHL and the Czech Post.
  • The exact shipping cost for your order for all other countries except EU (free shipping), you will find on our page after adding product into the shopping cart, where we have placed the calculation of postage, displayed after you enter the shipping country and postal code.
  • If you can not find your country, please send us an email we will be happy to work out the shipping charges for you with the shipping company we cooperate.
  • Delivery time: usually within a week in EU, two weeks for rest of the world.
  • Before taking over the goods from Delivery Company please check whether the packaging is intact, in case of any discrepancy please do not accept the goods. Checking the functionality of the product on the site is not possible.
  • We do not charge for packing.

    The following requirements are:
    1. Goods must be returned within 14 days of you receiving them
    2. Goods must be in original condition with all the tags and in original packaging
    3. Goods must not be worn, washed or falsified
    Unfortunately we can not accept any exchange or refund goods unless they meet all these requirements.
    We process returns or exchanges as quickly as we can, but we do ask for 5 working days after we receive the item.
    Please note that the cost incurred by you to return or exchange goods can not be replaced.
    If you ask for replacement, then we will pay the delivery costs for sending it back to you.

    La Luce is not responsible for the loss of goods in transit. Therefore, we recommend that you use registered post service and keep records of carriage.

    Once we accept the goods, we will exchange or replace the item in full (excluding shipping costs) directly to the credit card used for the purchase or transfer to your account.
